Matt Smith Reacts to Steven Moffat Leaving Doctor Who!

By Juliette Boland

(Originally streamed: January 23, 2016)

I scored the SCOOP of the year when I became the FIRST reporter to ask Matt Smith (11th Doctor – “Bowties are cool!”) what his reaction was to Writer/Producer Steven Moffat’s announcement that he was LEAVING Doctor Who. My interview was picked up by publications around the world including BBC, Radio Times, MSN, GeekNation, Screenrant and more! A very cool Fandom Scoop! ~JBo

As luck would have it, I was able to follow-up this interview by asking Steven Moffat what HE thought of Matt Smith‘s kind words about him…and here is what he said:

Doctor Who love all around! We now know that Season 10 of Doctor Who will not only be Steven Moffat’s last, but our beloved 12th Doctor, Peter Capaldi‘s final season as well.  Doctor Who Season 10 premieres on BBC One and BBC America on April 15th.

The Pride and Prejudice + ZOmbies Interviews

By Juliette Boland

(Originally streamed: February 1, 2016)

Jane Austen Alert! Pride and Prejudice + Zombies was released on Feb 5, 2016 and it starred Lily James, Sam Riley, Jack Huston, Bella Heathcote and Matt Smith! The film was based on Seth Grahame-Smith’s 2009 novel, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, which parodies Jane Austen’s beloved novel Pride and Prejudice. This film was Jane Austen like you’ve never seen her portrayed…with Lizzie Bennet fighting off zombies! It ROCKED!

Check out what the cast thought of making this version of Austen:

OMG! It’s Matt Smith and Douglas Booth – How did I react?

The Supernatural Interviews!

By Juliette Boland

I can’t believe my luck! The Timey Wimey Fandom Show was invited to the Supernatural round tables at ComicCon 2016 where I got to chat with Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins, Ruth Connell and Mark Shepperd! Cue: Carry On Wayward Son! ~JBo

The Benedict Cumberbatch Interview

By Juliette Boland

If I was excited about chatting with the Winchester brothers – imagine my excitement over talking with Sherlock-Doctor Strange-Hamlet himself, Benedict Cumberbatch! I asked him for his advice to young actors! Take a look! ~JBo

Once Upon A Time with Robin Hood

By Juliette Boland

Everyone was sad when Robin Hood died on Once Upon A Time leaving not only Regina but fans around the world heartbroken as well. Now, I’m not saying that this interview had ANY influence with OUAT producers – but Sean Maguire DID return to the show shortly after our chat. Hmm, what do you think? ~JBo

  Coming Soon: Juliette’s Appearance on

BBC’s POLDARK Season 3!

Juliette was thrilled at the opportunity to appear on the hit BBC-series, Poldark, where she was excited to meet and work with British actors, Aidan Turner (The Hobbit), Eleanor Tomlinson (Death Comes to Pemberley), Jack Farthing and more! “The most exciting part,” says Juliette was, “dressing up in the most beautiful costumes imaginable! The wardrobe and make-up team were amazing in their attention to detail. I didn’t want to leave this world they created!”  Juliette can be seen in Season 3 of Poldark coming this Spring on BBC One in the UK and PBS Masterpiece in the US. Check out some of Juliette’s photos from her week on Poldark below.

Day One on Poldark

by Juliette

December 5, 2016:  My first day at The Bottle Yard Studios in Bristol, England was Costume Fitting Day. I had to report to the wardrobe trailer to be fitted into my (real! Ouch!) corset and period costume. The wardrobe team on Poldark is amazing. This incredibly talented team worked for hours getting my look exactly the way they wanted – right down to the perfectly matching hat and gloves – which they dyed overnight to match my costume! I can’t imagine how much work goes into the series regulars! xo, JBo

Next stop was the Hair and Make-up trailer. Richard, a wiz at making everyone’s hair look like you just popped out of an 18th century novel, knew exactly what to do with my long 21st century hair – even if I didn’t! xo, JBo

COMING SOON: More pix from my filming experience on BBC’s Poldark!

Filming Day: Getting pinned up for lunch break – so my costume doesn’t get ruined! xo, JBo
